Below are a list of exercises. Each exercise is grouped into it's particular muscle catagory. Most of the exercises are self-explanotory, but for the beginner I will be adding a glossary of terms soon so please be patient.

 


 

Chest.

- Bench press

- Incline bench press

- Dumbell press

- Incline dumbell press

Shoulders.

- Seated dunbell press

- Standing dumbell press

- Lateral raises

- Seated bent lateral raises

Back.

- Straight / Bent Dead lifts

- Barbell rows

Biceps.

- Barbell curls

- Alternate dumbell curls

Triceps.

- Barbell curls to head / chin

- Dumbell curls to head / chin

- Behind neck tricep extension

- Bent reverse arm straitening

Legs.

- Leg extensions

- Leg curls

- Squats

- Lunges

Abs.

- Knee lifts on bench

- Inclined knee lifts on bench.
